Meditative Self-Inquiry
Meditative Self-Inquiry
Online sessions with Mukesh Gupta
Second Sundays of the month, March to June 2022, 10:30 am Pacific Time*
* PLEASE NOTE: THE JUNE 12 SESSION WILL BE HELD AT 4:30 PM PACIFIC TIME!
Meditative Self-Inquiry is an open learning space where a group of human beings interested in exploring deeper questions of life come together. A deep sense of togetherness, inward leisure, wonder and attention are at the core of this meditative journey.
Each session will be dedicated to a talk on the selected theme, complemented by Q&A and small group interaction. The basic intention of these sessions is to explore and address fundamental problems that confront our daily life by sharing our observations, our blocks, as well as our inherent goodness, trust and love for finding what is true and what is false.
In order to participate in this self-inquiry process we do not require great knowledge of teachings; what we actually need is a simple heart and mind which is open to listening, inquiring and wondering and not seeking any preconceived specific results.
Themes:
March 13: Can we live peacefully within and without?
April 10: Can there be an end to fear and sorrow?
May 8: What is compassion?
June 12: Exploring inner peace and joy* (4:30 pm PT!)
