Wake Up Now! A Guide to the Journey of Spiritual Awakening by Stephan Bodian, author, teacher and director of the School forAwakening,is a basic resource for this retreat and will be made available at cost ($20).
Activities
Selected teachings, on DVD, will be complemented with opportunities for shared inquiry and reflection, guided meditations, movement sessions and other supporting activities.
A live skype event with Stephan Bodian, including a guided meditation and a Q&A session, will also be part of this retreat!
A Supportive Environment
The Centre’s beautiful natural setting is ideally suited for deeper inquiry and insight. To optimize this process and minimize distractions, periods of silence are recommended during the retreat.
About the Facilitators, Ralph Tiller and David Bruneau
Ralph is program manager for the Swanwick Centre and directs a holistic health practice in Victoria, B.C. David was a teacher at the Wolf Lake School and teaches rebalancing and meditation in Victoria.
