Wake Up Now! A Guide to the Journey of Spiritual Awakening by Stephan Bodian, author, teacher and director of the School for Awakening is a basic resource for this retreat and will be made available at cost ($20).
Activities
Selected teachings, on DVD, will be complemented with opportunities for shared inquiry and reflection, guided meditations, movement sessions and other supporting activities.
A live skype event with Stephan Bodian, including a guided meditation and a Q&A session, is included in this retreat.

The Centre’s beautiful natural setting is ideally suited for deeper inquiry and insight. To optimize this process and minimize distractions, periods of silence are part of this retreat.
About the Facilitators, Ralph Tiller and David Bruneau
Ralph is program manager for the Swanwick Centre and directs a holistic health practice in Victoria, B.C. David teaches meditation and rebalancing and also lives in Victoria. Both were part of the Krishnamurti school that once operated here and have a longterm association with theKrishnamurti Educational Centre of Canada.
