REFLECTIONS ON THE SELF

A One Year Course in Self-Inquiry

Dates:  Feb 17 – December 15, 2019   

This course is intended to support a one-year commitment to self-inquiry. The idea is to assist an attitude of self-observation or “looking at what is”, by slowly contemplating sections of the book “Reflections on the Self” by J. Krishnamurti. There will be a monthly dialogue at KECC based on insights arising from self-study.
