Join Stillness Within Meetup for a New Year Sampler:  including a range of approaches and pointers  for deepened awareness, expanded sense of well-being and ways of seeing that cut through the conditioned mind.  We will tour through a variety of meditation and group exercises with time for personal reflection and sharing as well.
