THE ART OF MEDITATIVE LIVING

The Art of Meditative Living: Awakening to Inner Peace & Freedom
A 5-Day Residential Workshop with Mukesh Gupta
Dates: June 26 – July 1, 2026  (Fri 7 pm – Wed 4 pm Pacific Time)

“The greatest art is the art of living, greater than all things that human beings have created, by mind or hand, greater than all the scriptures and their gods.  It is only through this art of living that a new culture can come into being. This art of living can come only out of total freedom.” –  J. Krishnamurti

The workshop offers an immersive experience in Meditative & Transformative Self-Inquiry, inspiring participants to gently awaken a deeper source of being—immersed in silence, attention and love. Our daily schedule includes a harmonious integration of meditation,
live inspirational discourses, self-inquiry sessions, selected readings from J. Krishnamurti’s teachings, small group learning exercises, silent reflection, and meditative nature walks, with a special emphasis on appreciating the beauty of inner as well as outer silence. The workshop provides a safe, non-judgmental, and compassionate space, encouraging
the unfolding and flowering of one’s true essence.

This workshop is ideal for individuals at any stage of their self-discovery journey—whether spiritual seekers, lifelong learners, mindfulness practitioners, coaches, therapists, artists, teachers, professionals from all walks of life, leaders, or those simply committed
to living and working from a higher state of presence.
