A Meditative Yoga Session
It will be conducted by Oda Lindner, an experienced yoga instructor who trained with Krishnamurti’s yoga teacher and will be holding a weekend workshop at the Krishnamurti Centre the following weekend.
In this ninety minute session we will use slow focused movement and coordinated breathing to explore our physical embodiment while staying anchored in a meditative stance. This may give us the opportunity to bring mind and body together while being keenly focused on the present moment.
This session will take place outdoors in a gorgeous setting under the oak trees on the Centre lawn, next to our open-air swimming pool. No previous Yoga experience is required. Please bring a mat.
