Anyone deeply interested in self-exploration for inner peace and freedom, is welcome to join our dialogue meetings, guided by experienced facilitators passionate about self-inquiry and a shift in consciousness.
The Facilitator:

Mukesh Gupta is a traveling educator and speaker from India, with over 25 years of experience in transformative self-inquiry, inspired by the teachings of J. Krishnamurti, Buddha, and non-duality.
He spent two decades at the Krishnamurti Retreat Centre in Varanasi, India, and now works with a meditative and transformative self-inquiry approach—a gentle and unhurried process of connecting with one’s essence beyond the conditioned layers of the egoic mind.
He is the founder of the School for Self-Inquiry:www.schoolforselfinquiry.org. and will be facilitating a workshop and study stays at our Metchosin Centre during the months of June and July, as well as conduct meditative self-inquiry meetings at the Centre and in Victoria.
Meetings are held on a donation basis. Your donation can be made here .
They will be held in the Boardroom of the Esquimalt Gorge Park Pavilion. The Pavilion is located in this beautiful park, next to a Japanese Garden.
Enter from Tillicum Road. There is ample parking next to the Pavilion.
Or take #26 bus to Tillicum at Gorge Bridge stop, with a 5 minute walk from there to the Pavilion.
