TALK & DIALOGUE (Victoria)

Thursday, 4:00 – 5:30 pm  PT
Esquimalt Gorge Park Pavilion

1070 Tillicum Road, Victoria, BC

Approaching meditation
For K, his teachings were a meditation from beginning to end. Meditation has been give quite a few meanings, but we will be
exploring K’s basic definition of it as the emptying of consciousness of its psychological content, i.e. of its self-centred movement. This opens
up to a space free of time, a space of emptiness and silence in which, as K sees it, an encounter, a communion with ’the other’can take place. So
what is meditation? Does it even make sense to us? Have we or are we experimenting with it? What have we discovered in the process?
A talk on this theme will be followed by dialogue.

If you are deeply interested in self-exploration for transformative insight, inner peace and wellbeing, you are welcome to join our dialogue meetings, guided by experienced facilitators passionate about self-inquiry and a shift in consciousness.
