The Book of Life e-book is also freely available here and looking over the meditations of the month before meeting is recommended.
Meetings are held on a donation basis. A suggested donation of $10 can be made at the event or here .
Our Facilitator:
Mukesh Gupta is an international speaker and a facilitator for transformational dialogues, retreats and workshops. He has been on this meditative and transformative journey for more than two decades. He is inspired by the teachings of J. Krishnamurti, Buddha and non-dual philosophers who are deeply concerned with ending psychological separation, duality and suffering within human consciousness through the direct perception of the existential reality not just from the intellect but from the heart and the whole being.
Mukesh is the founder of the School for Self-Inquiry. For more information, see its website https://www.schoolforselfinquiry.org
Meetings will be held in the Boardroom of the Esquimalt Gorge Pavilion. The Pavilion is located in a beautiful park, next to a Japanese Garden.
Enter from Tillicum Road. There is ample parking next to the Pavilion.
Or take #26 bus to Tillicum at Gorge Bridge stop, with a 5 minute walk from there to the Pavilion.
